Each
of our physicians is trained in Internal Medicine and specializes in
diagnosis and treatment of adults. We also focus on preventative
medicine. Our goal is to provide compassionate, high quality care in
both the office and hospital setting.
Office Hours
Regular office hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday,
with a break for lunch. We are closed on all major holidays. Except for
emergencies, the doctor or staff will return your call between
regularly scheduled patient appointments, or at the end of the workday.
Appointments and Cancellations
Patients are seen by prior appointment only. To schedule an
appointment, call the office between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm
Monday through Friday. (To schedule urgent appointments please call
early.) We will do our very best to honor your appointment, as we
realize your time is valuable.
If
you need to cancel an appointment, please cancel at least one business
day in advance. If you do not call 24 hours in advance, you may be
charged for the appointment. Since missed appointment charges are not
covered by insurance, you will be personally responsible for the
payment, which is $25 for a missed office visit and $50 for a missed
physical.

sure that you do not run out.

Insurance and Charges
Our
physicians are participating providers with many insurance carriers,
including Medicare. Since the ultimate responsibility for all charges
belongs to the patient, please be certain that your chosen physician is
listed as a participating provider on your insurance plan.
It is our office policy to bill your insurance. However, co-payments,
deductibles, and payment for services not covered by your insurance are
expected at the time of service. Please be aware that Medicare and many
PPO insurance carriers do not pay for annual exams, such as physicals,
or routine lab tests. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Please be sure to notify the receptionist if there has been a change in
your insurance, your residence address or phone numbers. If the visit
is due to an automobile or work related accident, please advise the
receptionist so we can bill your worker’s compensation or automobile
insurance.
Remember to bring your insurance card to each visit.
